APPLICATION FEE

$50 per child and due at the time of application.  This is a non-refundable, one-time fee for NEW families only to cover the costs of testing and initial enrollment paperwork.

OTHER FEES

The tuition figures include all books and normal school supplies for the entire year.  Non-consumable textbooks are to be returned at the end of the school year in good repair; assessments will be made for lost or damaged books.

A $100.00 Technology Fee is not included in your tuition amount and will be added at time of enrollment.

SR. HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT FEES

All students in grades 7-12 are assessed a yearly fee to cover the following expenses:  locker maintenance, testing fees, athletic pass.

This fee of $40 is included in the tuition amounts.

ENROLLMENT FEE

Non-refundable fee for all students.  It is required to reserve a place for your child in their particular class.  This enrollment fee is one month's payment of your total tuition (1/12th) and is non-refundable.  If you are applying for tuition scholarship, you must enroll with one month's payment and your total tuition will be adjusted when your tuition assistance amount is approved.

TUITION PAYMENTS

In 11 monthly installments

(July thru May).
Tuition is due on the 5th or 20th of each month through FACTS Tuition Management Company.  Your tuition will be taken directly out of a designated account.
A late fee will be assessed for each month funds are not available in your account.

In a lump sum

By September 1st to avoid paying the monthly FACTS annual fee.  (Note:  July and August are to be made during those two months)

REFUND POLICY

The enrollment fee (your 1st month's payment)  is non-refundable.  If a student withdraws after the school year starts, the tuition is assessed on a weekly basis including the week of withdrawal.

GRADUATING SENIORS

All tuition and fees for graduating seniors must be paid for final grades to be recorded and diplomas to be issued.

STUDENT RECORDS

Tri-unity has the right to and may withhold all student records upon a family leaving the school for any reason until all financial obligations are met in full.

New Student Incentive:

(Grades 1-12)

Applies to each new student who enters Tri-unity. 

1st Year at TCS - $1,000 off total tuition for year.

Plus two (2) $500 vouchers for each new student in Grades 1-12.  These vouchers are good for the duration of your enrollment at Tri-unity.  Only one voucher can be used per student per year.

(Grades Young 5's & Kindergarten)

1st Year at TCS - $1,000 off total tuition for year.

Multiple Child Discounts Per Family

Calculate Oldest to Youngest (Grades DK-12)

1st Child - Full tuition rate applies.

2nd Child - 5% off total student tuition rate.

3rd Child - 15% off total student tuition rate.

4th Child - 25% off total student tuition rate.

5th Child - 40% off total student tuition rate.

6th Child - 50% off total student tuition rate.

Grow Grade 5 Incentive:

(Grades 5 Only)

Open capacity incentive for 10 new 5th grade students.  While your student is in:

Grades 5-8 - Receive a 50% incentive for your annual tuition each year.

When your student moves into grades 9-12 - Receive a 25% incentive for your annual tuition each year.

Tuition Scholarships (Grades DK-12)

Tri-unity has a fund set aside to assist families who need extra help over and above the Multiple Child Discount, New Family Incentive or TRIP programs.  Tri-unity wants to do all we can to assist you in receiving the benefits of a Christian education.  If you need this extra help, please do not hesitate to contact us for scholarship information.

TRIP (Tuition Reduction Incentive Plan)

Purchase gift certificates at face value and a percentage of that purchase goes directly to your tuition account.  Get friends and family to buy from you and you can earn a significant amount toward your tuition.

New Family Referral Program

If you refer a family to Tri-unity and they enroll their student(s), you will receive a $250 credit on your tuition for every family that you refer.  Our best advertisement is word-of-mouth so we want to bless those that are spreading the word about Tri-unity.

$509.33 per month or $6,112 per year.

The monthly payment is the total tuition divided by 12.  Please indicate, on the face of the check, your intended use of any amounts paid in addition to your normal payment.
