If you are not a
participant in the TRIP program and would like to be, please
call Sheryl Shoemaker-Cox at 452-1676 to find out how to get
an account number.
If middle/high school
students are concerned about being late for class, they may
pick up their TRIP orders in the office any time during the
day. There is a drop-off box for TRIP orders in the
Administration Office if you need to drop your order off
before Wednesday.
TRIP
Schedule
If your tuition payment is made through FACTS, your TRIP
credit will be applied this month. If you have paid in full
at the beginning of the school year, your TRIP will be
applied as a credit to your account and can be used for any
school expense (other than the Senior All-Nighter
expenses). Payout statements will be included with orders.
If you don't have an order, you may pick up your statement
at the TRIP tables on Wednesdays through June 4th.
TRIP will continue as normal the week of Memorial Day.
Orders will be processed, and pick-up will be available May
28. The final pick-up date of the year is June 4th.
TRIP will resume September 3rd.
In September, your first order of the new school year will
be parent pick-up. If you want your
child to pick up
your orders for the new school year, you must sign a new
disclaimer form. These forms will be at the TRIP tables in
the fall.
If you have a college-bound student, TRIP credit may be
applied to any college. If interested, call Sheryl
Shoemaker as soon as possible before payout times.
TRIP tables will be located at
the Elementary Campus and MS/HS Campus every Wednesday
mornings from 8am-9am for pick-up and drop-off at the
Elementary Campus and 8:00 am – 8:30 am at the MS/HS Campus.
New
to TRIP
Speedway Food Court gift cards are now available in a
$20 denomination with a 7% benefit.
The card is redeemable for consumable items only - "fast
food" items (fountain drinks, coffee, hot dogs, burgers,
etc) as well as chips, candy, and cooler items. It is
not redeemable for beer, wine, tobacco products, money
orders and lottery tickets. IT IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR GAS
and only one card may be used per transaction.
Note that the regular $25 and $100 Speedway gas cards
can still be used for purchases inside the convenience
store.
