Tri-unity Christian School provides a relevant and uniquely designed spiritual and academic program for Preschool thru Grade 12 students which partners with parents in the sacred trust of passing on their values and preparing their child for LIFE!
Intentional Spiritual Growth Program
Effective Christian Education requires much more than adding Bible classes to a basic core curriculum or the accumulation of biblical facts and knowledge. Whether in the classroom or extra-curricular environment, at Tri-unity, the most important thing is that students are rooted in and guided by a daily intimate relationship with the person of the Holy Spirit.
Unique to Tri-unity are our Spiritual LIFE Application Courses. These courses offer a clear distinction by providing essential tools for empowering students with spiritual LIFE skills.
Tri-unity students are taught that an authentic living experience with the Holy Spirit is demonstrated by love and service to both God and others thru servant leadership. Students of all ages are blessed with a wide variety of ministry service opportunities internationally, within the United States as well as right here in West Michigan.
Unique Educational Program
Every child is different…even in the way they learn. Small class sizes and dedicated teachers provide an atmosphere of security and discovery. Advancing technologies have created a truly global marketplace requiring 21st Century skills. Tri-unity Christian School offers a strong core curriculum, advance and on-line courses as well as specialized support for both our gifted and ‘at risk’ students. ACT/SAT scores are consistently above the national average.
Athletics Program
The athletic program at Tri-unity Christian School goes beyond the pursuit of victory. Playing fields and gymnasiums become environments where character is formed and molded. Through preparation and competition, boys and girls learn how to win. They learn how to compete and face adversity. They learn to pursue Christ. Tri-unity Christian believes our partnership with home, school and church to graduate academically excellent Disciples of Christ goes beyond the classroom and into the athletic contest.
Coaches are chosen not only for knowledge and experience, but their desire to lead and inspire student athletes. One of the most valued qualities of our program is the dedicated men and women who put in countless hours of coaching and mentoring our athletes.
Tri-unity offers a broad range of additional opportunties, including:
- State of the art facilities, which include three basketball/volleyball courts, two lit outdoor soccer fields and one indoor soccer facility.
- TCS teams have appeared in state championship games and earned several titles, including state championships.
- Baseball and softball diamonds are near school for easy access.
- TCS athletes have gone on to play sports from the Junior College level to NCAA Division; with one alumni in the professional arena.
- TCS holds memberships in the Michigan High School Athletic Association and the River Valley Athletic Conference.
The Apostle Paul says it best: "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize." "Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever." I Cor. 9:24-25.
